《脾胃论》是金元四大医家之李东垣的代表作,其倡导的脾胃学说为后世医家奠定了重要理论基础.从《脾胃论》观点浅析幽门螺杆菌(Hp)相关性慢性胃炎,认为慢性胃炎以脾胃虚弱为基础,饮食不节、情志失调为主因,湿热、气滞、血瘀为病理因素,治疗应本着治病求本的原则,以补脾益胃为本,兼以清湿热、疏肝气、养胃阴、行气血,虚实兼顾,利于康复.
