肝豆状核变性,属中医"肝风"范畴.脾切除术是肝豆状核变性脾功能亢进的治疗方法之一,术后并发症较多,胸闷、气喘等气逆证候常常伴随出现,证型多上实下虚,先天不足是其根本病因,铜毒、湿热、瘀血、痰浊内蕴,毒邪为害,而变生诸症为主要病机,补益肝肾、降气平喘为基本治疗原则,临床多用苏子降气汤加减.
