Abstract
目的 探讨老年冠心病合并糖尿病患者在冠脉搭桥手术中发生压疮的形成因素及护理预防措施.方法 2017年1月-2017年12月,我院行老年冠心病合并糖尿病患者冠脉搭桥手术38例,术前进行压疮风险因素评估,术中对患者的危险因素采取针对性的预防护理措施.结果 术后发生压疮2例,压疮发生率为5％.结论 对易发生压疮的高危人群采取有效的预防措施是减少术中压疮发生的关键.
