Abstract
梳理、归纳历代中医古籍对五软的论述,明确五软是指小儿头项软、口软、手软、足软、肌肉软,属于小儿生长发育障碍类疾病,发病的主要原因是先天禀赋不足所致,与脾肾二脏密切相关,方剂多选用六味地黄丸以补先天,补中益气汤以益后天.中医古籍对五软的成因、临床表现的论述与现代医学的小儿脑瘫十分相似,故被认为是该病的中医范畴之一,由此为应用中医药防治小儿脑瘫提供了理论依据,开拓了新思路.
