Abstract
目的 观察月白散结合垫棉法在复杂性肛瘘术后创面愈合中的临床效果.方法 将60例复杂性肛瘘术后患者随机分为2组,每组各30例.治疗组在术后采用月白散结合垫棉法进行治疗,对照组采用单纯垫棉法.结果 2组患者在创面疼痛、创面渗血、假性愈合、创面愈合时间等方面治疗组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 月白散结合垫棉法能够促进复杂性肛瘘术后创面愈合,减少假性愈合,缩短愈合时间.
