Abstract
目的 探讨质量环(PDCA)循环在门诊质量管理中的应用效果.方法 应用PDCA循环对门诊进行持续质量改进,通过数据对比应用统计学原理分析实施前后效果.结果 实施PDCA循环管理后,门诊质量明显提高,服务水平得到改善,患者满意度大幅提升.结论 PDCA循环管理可以减少医患矛盾,提升医院形象,有助于门诊质量的持续改进.
