Abstract
目的:观察董氏指压法治疗小儿厌食症的临床疗效.方法:将厌食患儿100例随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例,治疗组予董氏指压法配合健胃消食口服液治疗,对照组单纯服用健胃消食口服液,共治疗3周.观察2组患儿治疗前后厌食症状改善情况及唾液淀粉酶、血清微量元素(钙、镁、铁、锌、铜、铅、镉)水平.结果:治疗组患儿食欲、食量等症状改善优于对照组(P<0.05),且能更好地提高唾液淀粉酶及血清微量元素铁、锌的水平(P<0.05).结论:董氏指压法配合健胃消食口服液治疗小儿厌食症疗效优于单纯服用健胃消食口服液.
