Abstract
目的:确定五福饮口服液的提取工艺.方法:通过单因素试验及中心组合设计-效应面法对五福饮口服液的提取工艺进行优化.结果:确定了五福饮口服液提取工艺为浸泡30分钟,提取2次,提取时间为120分钟,料液比为11倍.结论:本研究确定的提取工艺能够应用于五福饮口服液的制备.
