Abstract
随着冠心病胸痹病因病机的深入研究,对"瘀""热""毒"的认识得到进一步拓展.临床观察表明,瘀热壅毒、毒损心营是引发冠心病胸痹的重要机制之一.瘀热之邪壅塞体内,蕴结日久可化生成毒,进而毒损心络,灼伤营血,耗损心营,痹阻心脉,引发冠心病胸痹.因此,应用活血通络、清营解毒法治疗冠心病胸痹取得一定疗效.本文阐述中医"瘀""热""毒"与冠心病胸痹发生发展的联系,并对应用活血通络、清营解毒法治疗瘀热壅毒、毒损心营引发的冠心病胸痹进行理论分析.
