Abstract
浊瘀痹阻肾络是痛风性肾病的特有病机,贯穿疾病全程,是痛风性肾病有别于其他慢性肾脏病的病机特点,决定了证候、症状的发生与发展方向,亦为不同证候所共有的病机.证候病机是痛风性肾病辨证论治的主体,早期多实,晚期多虚,以湿热瘀阻,脾肾亏虚为常见.症状病机是症状产生的直接病机,痛风性肾病针对症状采用对症治疗可增强辨病、辨证的治疗效果.
