佘继林治疗小儿风咳经验

Abstract
小儿呼吸道疾病多与过敏有关.佘继林主任根据小儿生理病理特点,提出"小儿风咳"概念,认为小儿风咳病因无外乎内风和外风2种,总结出小儿风咳特点主要表现为咳嗽、鼻塞、鼻痒、流涕、喷嚏、鼻衄等气道敏感性增高,用药方面将中医药性与西医药理、局部辨病与整体辨证相结合,多靶点用药,惟求协同以增其效、制约以矫其偏,遣方用药追求恰到好处,施之临床,常获满意疗效.
