疏香灸治疗便秘型肠易激综合征中医临床规范化研究

Abstract
目的 观察疏香灸治疗便秘型肠易激综合征的临床疗效.方法 将入选的60例患者随机分为常规治疗组(对照组)、疏香灸治疗组(疏香灸组)及心身同治组.3组患者各为20例,其基本情况比较无统计学意义(P＞0.05).治疗疗程均为4周,观察对比3组的临床疗效.结果 身心同治组治愈16例,显效2例,有效1例,无效1例;疏香灸组治愈14例,显效2例,有效1例,无效3例;常规治疗组治愈7例,显效3例,有效1例,无效9例.结论 身心同治治疗法疏肝解郁通便,可显著改善便秘型肠易激综合征临床症状.
