癌因性疲乏中医药干预研究进展

Abstract
目的 总结近年来中医药在改善癌因性疲乏方面的研究进展.方法 对国内外运用中医学理论认识癌因性疲乏的病因病机、辨证分型及运用各种中医药方法进行临床干预的研究结果进行汇总分析.结果 中医学在癌因性疲乏病因病机、辨证分型逐渐形成完善的认识,中药复方,单体及针灸推拿等多种干预手段均有一定疗效.结论 中医药在改善疲乏方面有独特的优势,综合运用各种祖国医学干预手段并结合有氧运动疗法将成为改善癌因性疲乏的重要方法.
