中医药治疗多发性骨髓瘤

Abstract
多发性骨髓瘤,其病因病机为肾精亏虚,邪毒内蕴,瘀血阻络,痰湿内停,治疗上以补肾填精、凉血解毒、活血通络、化痰祛湿为基础辨证施治,从而达到提高机体免疫,促进骨髓造血,抗肿瘤,镇痛,抗菌抗炎,抗凝溶栓等效果.西医多采用化疗治疗,但常致周围神经病变的产生.结合中医治疗,既可促使化疗药到达骨髓病变部位,增加化疗敏感性,又可有效提高病人生活质量.
