Abstract
中医学认为,功能性消化不良病机在于脾气亏虚,肝气犯胃,属虚实夹杂之证.目前尚缺乏公认的辨证分型标准,多数医家将本病分为脾虚气滞证、肝胃不和证、脾胃湿热证、脾胃虚寒证、寒热错杂证5个证型,并据此拟益气健脾和胃、疏肝和胃、辛开苦降、理气化瘀、化浊降逆等治疗方法.
