Abstract
目的:确定大孔树脂分离纯化三苦滴丸中三七总皂苷的的最佳工艺条件.方法:以吸附率及解吸率为考察指标,确定最佳型号树脂,静态和动态吸附及解吸的相关影响因素.结果:D-101型大孔树脂对三七总皂苷有良好的吸附.结论:该方法简单易行,分离效果好,适于三苦滴丸中三七总皂苷的分离纯化.
