Abstract
1 临床资料 136例患者均来自本院门诊.其中男性79例,女性57例.年龄16～34岁,平均23.7岁.病程最短3个月,最长者6年,平均19个月.痤疮分型分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ度.本组病例中Ⅰ度(黑头粉刺、炎性丘疹)患者46例,Ⅱ度(Ⅰ度加浅在性脓疱)患者42例,Ⅲ度(Ⅱ度加深在性炎性皮疹)患者39例,Ⅳ度(Ⅲ度加囊肿)患者9例.
