Abstract
骨性关节炎以脾肾两虚为本,气滞、瘀血、水湿、痰浊为标,病变过程中,滑膜病变是促进骨性关节炎发展的重要因素.因此,该病治疗上应注重补肾健脾、理气化瘀、利湿祛痰等各种治法相结合,标本兼治,抑制滑膜病变,延缓骨性关节炎发展进程.同时应进一步研究疗效机制及作用靶点,指导骨性关节炎的临床治疗.
