Abstract
红外热成像可以作为中医望诊的延伸,可以分辨阴阳、寒热、表里、虚实,通过脏腑、经络、三焦的热态分布变化辅助辨证,尤对寒热表现突出证候的疗效判定提供直观的数据支持.但亦有不足之处:在疾病诊断、体质辨识上缺少大样本数据支持;缺乏公认的正常人群热态图形表现;没有较好的自动化分析软件支持后续数据分析,使得后续研究工作较为繁琐.
