反复呼吸道感染瘀热内结证儿童的免疫功能特点

Abstract
目的 观察反复呼吸道感染(RRTI)瘀热内结证患儿血清中细胞免疫因子的变化,了解患儿机体的免疫功能状态.方法 采用ELISA双抗体夹心法对50例RRTI患儿及50例健康儿童血清中的IFN-γ、IL-4、IL-10、IL-12进行检测.结果 RRTI患儿血清中IL4、IL-10、IL-12较健康组儿童明显上升(P＜0.01),IFN-γ、IL-4、IL-10、IL-12之间无直线相关关系(P＞0.05).结论 RRTI瘀热内结证患儿发病时出现免疫失衡,表现为Th1类因子及Th2类因子表达均上调.
