Abstract
壅、郁、结、闭四种病机为中医气分病变的重要内容,笔者认为内外因导致气机不畅由轻至重大致呈现为壅、郁、结、闭四个阶段,这一认识在汉唐时期的中医文献中多有论述.缕清四者的特点与关系,将有利于准确把握气机病变的演变过程.
