中风后抑郁属于中风后遗症中诸多继发病症的一个常见病症,国内外诸多文献报道其发病率约为22.4％～33.1％.胡国恒教授通过对本病进行系统的思考,总结出了自己的思想论治体系,为本病的治疗提供了一条蹊径.在病机学上阐明了脏虚神乱,经损而郁,脏瘀而郁等理论.在其治疗上总结出了调治气血,辨脏用药;建经通络,填髓除郁;疏调五脏,化瘀解郁等治法.
