Abstract
目的 优化泽兰多糖水提工艺.方法 在单因素试验基础上,以多糖提取率为评价指标,提取温度、提取时间、料液比为影响因素,Box-Behnken响应面法优化水提工艺.结果 最佳条件为提取温度70℃,提取时间2h,料液比1∶30,提取2次,多糖提取率为2.35％.结论 该方法稳定可靠,成本低廉,经济效益高,具有较高的推广应用价值,可用于水提泽兰多糖.
