Abstract
目的 制备氢溴酸高乌甲素纳米粒缓释片.方法 高压乳匀法制备纳米粒,真空冷冻干燥后,将其与骨架缓释片辅料混匀,制备缓释凝胶骨架片.通过单因素试验考察吸附剂种类、羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)类型及其用量、聚乙二醇(PEG)类型对释药行为的影响.结果 最佳条件为以乳糖为吸附剂,HPMC 4K和HPMC 15M(比例1∶1)用量40 mg/片,PEG 400与PEG4000比例2∶1,所得缓释片的体外释放符合零级释药模型,12 h累积释放度达89.82％.结论 该方法简单可靠,有利于工业化大批量生产氢溴酸高乌甲素纳米粒缓释片.
