超临界二氧化碳萃取齿瓣石斛

Abstract
目的 采用超临界二氧化碳萃取(SFE)法萃取齿瓣石斛.方法 使用正己烷、异丙醇、乙酸乙酯、乙醇作为夹带剂.SFE萃取分两阶段和一阶段萃取,前者使用纯C02萃取,再添加夹带剂萃取;后者直接泵入夹带剂与CO2共同萃取,以比较两法的萃取效率.结果 乙酸乙酯作为夹带剂更有利于齿瓣石斛中低极性化合物的溶出.直接泵入乙酸乙酯与CO2共萃的方式更有利于齿瓣石斛中各成分的溶出.结论 本实验萃取方式为未来齿瓣石斛的进一步研究提供良好的基础.
