安中复元方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎合并肠化的临床观察

Abstract
目的 通过随机、药物平行对照观察安中复元方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎伴肠化的临床疗效.方法 随机分为中药安中复元方治疗组50例和胃复春对照组50例,均以6个月为一疗程.观察两组患者治疗前后的临床主症、体征以及胃镜对照、理化检查的变化,采用积分法作疗效评价.结果 临床综合疗效结果分析显示:治疗组总有效率为76％;对照组总有效率为44％.经Mann-Whitney U检验,两组间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 安中复元方组综合疗效优于胃复春组.
