Abstract
目的:控制健胃片的质量.方法:采用薄层色谱法对其中的苍术、陈皮、生姜、柴胡和延胡索进行了鉴别,并建立了HPLC法对其中白芍中芍药苷进行定量.结果:薄层色谱斑点清晰集中,阴性对照无干扰,专属性强;含量测定芍药苷线性范围0.158 4～0.950 4 μg,r=0.999 7,平均回收率为98.53%,RSD=0.71%(n=6).结论:本质量标准可有效地控制健胃片的质量.
