Abstract
目的:研究更年静心方中丹皮、柴胡、当归、白术、薄荷挥发油超临界CO2提取工艺.方法:以浸膏得率和丹皮酚得率为指标,采用单因素试验法,考察超临界CO2萃取工艺条件.结果:药材粒度、萃取压力、萃取温度、萃取时间对提取保留率有显著性影响.结论:超临界CO2萃取的适宜条件为药材粉碎为20目细粉,萃取压力为30 Mpa,萃取温度为60℃,萃取时间为2h.
