Abstract
通过对唐以前医籍中黄芪建中汤类方的初步考释,结合出土医药简帛与传世医学文献,可知汉唐称“中”者,非如宋之后仅指脾胃中气,实乃言一切胸腹中脏腑.“建中”为一种治法,而不拘于饴糖一药,当随具体病证施之.从魏晋至隋唐,黄芪建中汤逐渐减少饴糖而增量黄芪,或代以黄芪为君药,方名改称黄芪汤.宋之后内伤杂病中黄芪应用日广或发端于此.
