目的:优选逍遥散的提取工艺.方法:以样品中芍药甙含量及镇痛、镇静药效学试验为指标,对逍遥散用水,不同浓度乙醇提取工艺进行筛选.结果:随着乙醇浓度的升高含量及药效都呈上升趋势.结论:95%乙醇回流提取较好.
