Abstract
细胞自噬是细胞程序性调控的重要生命活动,是细胞降解多余及衰老的细胞器或蛋白的重要途径,它参与多种疾病的病理生理过程.从中医的病因病机角度而言,细胞自噬机制与中医气的运化功能相似.人体气血亏虚,运行无力,易致气虚血瘀;而血管内皮细胞自噬功能减退,血管内代谢、病理产物积聚,气血运行受阻,不能上达脑窍,易致眩晕的发生.深入探讨血管内皮细胞自噬机制,或许会从微观上揭示气虚血瘀论治椎动脉型颈椎病的本质,为临床从虚、瘀论治椎动脉型颈椎病提供依据.
