刘亚娴教授为首届全国名中医,全国师带徒中医药专家.在中医学术传承上,他强调"善思",即思维要活.临证中重视"为学之道,必本于思"的理念;治病讲求"以意调之";要"于无形处,用心思虑";临证中能够发现"独处藏奸".笔者现总结跟师所学"善思"点滴体会,并就临床所见,以"善思"为指导,摘介"升降散""三仁汤"及自拟"甲乙煎"的临床验案以证之.
