不同浸渍条件下大黄黄连泻心汤对大鼠胃溃疡的疗效及胃组织PGE2含量的影响

Abstract
目的:探究大黄黄连泻心汤最佳浸渍温度和时间.方法:采用于姜水煎剂灌胃结合腹腔注射消炎痛法,建立大鼠热证胃溃疡模型,检测不同浸渍条件下大黄黄连泻心汤对受试大鼠胃溃疡指数、胃蛋白酶活性及PGE2含量的影响.结果:药物E组胃溃疡指数较其他药物组显著降低(P＜0.01);与模型组比较,药物E组能显著降低胃蛋白酶活性(P＜0.01),药物B、D、E、F组PGE2含量显著升高(P＜0.01,P＜0.05),其中以B组升高最为明显.结论:大黄黄连泻心汤最佳浸渍条件为85℃浸渍15min.
