Abstract
马大正教授以胞宫的藏泻功能和脏腑病态的双向特点人手,选用肾气丸、薯蓣丸、温经汤、真武汤、小半夏加茯苓汤等经方既治疗“血海应至未至”之月经后期、月经过少、闭经,同时又治疗“出血应止不止”之经期过长、崩中、漏下等月经病,虽病态截然不同,但根据异病同治法则,针对病机,用之均效,既扩用了经方,也提供了一种独特的临床用方思路.
