六经病非独风寒邪气所致之病,六淫邪气、温毒时疫等亦可侵袭人体六经而为六经病.亚急性甲状腺炎(以下简称“亚甲炎”)中医多从“瘿病”“痛瘿”等范畴论述,笔者导师岳仁宋教授,根据甲状腺与肝系及少阳的关系、温毒致病特点等相关理论,提出亚甲炎当从少阳温病论治,辨证可分为三期,验之临床,每多良效.
