Abstract
伏邪有狭义和广义之分.伏邪理论萌芽于《黄帝内经》,充实、发展、完善、成熟于明、清时期,近至现代,运用伏邪理论指导临床疾病的治疗得到广泛的开展.文章以中医传统伏邪学说为指导,根据伏邪病因、致病特点、变化规律来认识脂肪肝,认为"脂肪肝的产生乃以肝脾功能失调为本,痰、湿、毒、瘀等邪气内伏,继而后发",提出"未病先防、分期而治、疗程宜久"的防治策略,以期为临床脂肪肝防治提供新的思路.
