Abstract
妇人腹痛是妇科常见杂病之一,主要表现为小腹疼痛、下腹坠胀,腰底酸痛等不适,现代医学中盆腔炎、盆腔瘀血综合征等均属于妇人腹痛的范畴,而当中又以慢性盆腔炎占大多数.蔡小荪对妇人腹痛的诊治,在继承祖辈的经验上,发扬创新,总结出自己的一套诊治规律和验方,临床运用,屡建显效.笔者仔细解读蔡小荪用药经验及诊疗思路,结合古医书,挖掘蔡小荪治疗妇人腹痛经验方以便传承,现将蔡小荪治疗妇人腹痛的经验介绍如下.
