Abstract
夏老认为白塞病口腔溃疡为心胃热盛、湿热内蕴、虚火上炎、营卫不和、脾虚火逆、阳虚寒凝所致,急性期分别予以导赤散、清胃散清心凉胃,黄连三仁汤清热祛湿,夏氏封髓丹滋阴降火,桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤调和营卫,升阳散火汤健脾散火,阳和汤温通散寒;并指出缓解期应结合白塞病肝脾肾亏虚、湿瘀互结的病理特点,予以健脾补肝肾、化湿活血方法治疗.
