Abstract
中医证候研究是中医基础研究的核心环节,也是中医药现代化研究取得突破的关键点之一,而病证结合是中医证候研究的重要途径和方法.文章阐述了病证结合的历史源流、主要模式,分析病证结合在中医证候基础和临床研究中的应用,认为现代医学辨病与中医辨证相结合是现阶段中医证候研究行之有效的病证结合模式,以此开展中医证候基础和中医证候临床研究具有显著的优势.
