Abstract

艾灸是临床常用的传统治疗方法,一直以来有关艾灸燃烧时产生的烟雾的安全性备受关注,但由于相关研究采用的方法学不同,导致研究结果差异比较大.本文通过对近二十年来对艾烟成分、动物毒理性实验,体外毒理实验、临床安全性评价的研究方法及结果的总结,梳理了目前艾烟安全性评价的主要方法,为后续艾烟安全性评价实验者提供方法学参考.
