Abstract
目的:观察麦冬对糖尿病大鼠胰岛细胞的保护作用.方法:OLETF大鼠分为模型组、麦冬组.LETO大鼠为正常组,给药32 w后,放免法检测血清C肽,HE染色与免疫组化法观察胰岛,免疫组化法检测胰岛中NF-κB (NF-kappa B,NF-κB)的表达.结果:与正常组比较,模型组大鼠血糖升高,血清C肽含量降低(P＜0.01),胰岛萎缩,胰岛内β细胞减少(P＜0.05),NF-κB表达增加(P＜0.01).与模型组比较,麦冬组大鼠C肽含量升高(P＜0.01),胰岛内β细胞增加(P ＜0.05或P＜0.01),NF-kB表达减少(P＜0.01).结论:麦冬可能是通过抑制细胞凋亡及胰岛中NF-κB的表达保护β细胞,促进C肽分泌.
