Abstract
目的:为合理利用远志药材资源提供依据.方法:以远志酸为对照品,香草醛-高氯酸为显色剂,采用分光光度法在560nm处测定远志总皂甙含量.结果:对照品在10.02～30.6μg范围内线性良好(r=0.9967),平均回收率为97.98%,RSD=1.45%(n=5).结论:该方法简便,准确,灵敏,重现性好,可用于远志及远志复方制剂的质量控制指标.
