Abstract
《黄帝内经》思想博大精深,源远流长,于治疾时机处,分“及时而治”与“待时而治”.“待时而治”为应对疾病之特殊病理状态而设,或先于病症发生前而干预(治其未发),或于正邪剧烈交争时而静守(不可动之),或于邪气亢奋期罢后再予根本性治疗(刺其已衰).其运用皆讲究对疾病的正确认识及对时机的精准判断,张仲景、叶天士及现代外科,对其思想各有发挥.
