Abstract
慢性肾脏病病因病机错综复杂,虽其病位在肾,但涉及五脏六腑功能失调,其病理基础为各种原因造成的肾络微型癥瘕形成,影响肾脏各种功能.国医大师吕仁和教授治疗慢性肾脏病,从肾出发,又不囿于肾脏,有其独特的临床经验.文章则总结了吕仁和教授从肝论治慢性肾脏病的经验.吕仁和教授认为其理论基础在于"肝肾同源",其主要治疗思路有三:疏肝理气调肝气郁结、清利湿热祛肝经之邪、滋水涵木养肝阴不足.文章总结了吕仁和教授从肝论治慢性肾脏病的用药特点.
