杨霓芝教授认为“气虚血瘀”是IgA肾病的基本病机,并依此主张以益气活血法治疗IgA肾病.杨教授根据IgA肾病的病因病机特点将该法灵活应用于临床实践,进一步提出了“衷中参西,病证结合;虚实为纲,攻补兼施;用药轻灵,以平为期”的学术思想.
