Abstract
刘海起教授师从名医孙华山先生,从医40余载,擅长骨伤科各类疾病,在腰椎间盘突出症的诊疗方面有独到的见解与经验,认为腰椎间盘突出症有内外因之分,肝肾亏虚为内在发病关键,感受风寒湿邪,跌扑损伤为外在发病诱因,将腰椎间盘突出症分为肝肾亏虚、气血不足、气滞血瘀、风寒湿痹、风湿热痹五型.重视病因病机,辨证选药,手法灵活,重视传统疗法,自成一套中医诊疗方法:辨证,牵引,手法治疗,中药口服外敷,功能训练,临床颇有疗效,值得后学揣摩领悟.
