黄心分散片的处方工艺研究

Abstract
目的:研究黄心分散片的处方工艺.方法:采用单因素法,以崩解时间为评价指标,筛选黄心分散片的制备工艺,并测定其溶出度.结果:黄心分散片的处方组成为:黄芩苷50％,穿心莲内酯12.5％,MCC22.5％,L-HPC10％,微粉硅胶5％;崩解时间为(75±4)s;黄心分散片中黄苓苷与穿心莲内酯的溶出速度与程度均高于黄心胶囊.结论:该黄心分散片处方合理,工艺可行.
