Abstract
通过对汉唐时期尚存医书文献进行查阅与整理,结合本草典籍,探析汉唐医家应用赤石脂治疗不同疾病的功效及特点.赤石脂治下痢,取其收涩固脱之功;治诸风,取其重镇、补髓之功;治经带,取其补髓、祛瘀之功;补诸虚,取其填精益髓之功;治其他,取其补养心气、镇摄痰涎、敛疮生肌之功.
