介绍陈旦平副教授运用育肾助孕调周法辨治卵巢储备功能下降性不孕的临床经验.认为肾虚是发病的基础,血瘀为重要环节,心肝脾功能失常是常见因素.治疗采用育肾助孕调周法,改善卵巢储备;同时注重活血祛瘀,多脏腑的调治;临证善用血肉有情之品,填补奇经;种子尤重基础体温的测定,指导同房,孕后及时安胎.
