探讨国医大师李佃贵教授辨治溃疡性结肠炎的临床经验.认为本病多起源于肝郁脾虚,脾虚生湿为浊,气郁化火生毒,浊毒内蕴,伤及阴分,阳无所依,阴阳俱损,脾肾阳虚;治疗以化浊解毒为大法,发作期祛邪治标为主,缓解期扶正固本为主,用药时兼顾护胃、内外结合.并举验案1则.
